Team Placement Routines

 

Please find below the Team Placement routines. These routines include, dance, jumps, tumble and motions. These routines need to be learnt before attending Team Placements. 

​

The videos on the website have no sound but show you motion by motion what to do. For videos with sound please see our Instagram and our 'Power Athletes Parents & Athletes' Facebook Page or send us an email. 

​

- We have given age recommendations but athletes should pick the level they are most confident in performing (Athletes aged 5-7 only going for the U8 Novice Team to perform the beginner routine).

- Athletes should change the tumbles to their strongest Running and Standing Tumbling (These are found in the team placement pack.

- Coaches will not be teaching the routines at team placements they should be learnt at home and during Pre-Season Open Sessions.  

- Athletes can perform the routine at any speed but we have attached the 8 count track for those wanting to push themselves to routine speed. â€‹

Beginner Routine

(Ages 5-7 Novice Only) 

Tumbles to be kept the same. We will ask for higher level tumbles after your routine.
