Stretch and Jump

All classes must follow social distance where required and we are operating reduced class sizes.

The stretch and jump classes are open to everyone aged 6years+, including athletes that do not attend any other classes. In these classes athletes work on specific jump and conditioning skills that leads to improvement in their jump technique. Also during the class athletes will work on their flexibility which will improve jumps and flyer shapes. It is also a great class to improve fitness as circuit such as HIIT workouts are used.


Currently we only have one Stretch and Jump class available each week, we are looking to add an additional one on the weekend depending on the popularity of the class.

Tuesdays 5-6pm


To sign your athlete up to this class you need to log into your athlete's Coacha account and follow the links to sign up for a class, we currently will only release a months worth of classes at a time, so if you would like to attend every week just make sure you've signed up to each class so we have you on our register. If you are a new athlete please use the join us button and fill out the new member form, your account will be approved within 24hours. Once your account is approved you can log on to select a class. Please note that if you book a class and you can no longer attend you will need to let us know so we can offer it to another athlete.

If there is no spaces in the class please keep checking back to add your athlete on when spaces become available.


Our Stretch and Jump classes are pay as you go classes, once you have signed up to the class on our system you can pay by cash or card at the beginning of each class.
